  • Start by finding a real estate agent you trust—someone who communicates clearly, understands your goals, and knows the local market inside and out. A good agent will help you navigate every step of the process with confidence.

    First, fill out my contact form and fill me in on the details. Once we connect, the next move is getting pre-approved with a lender so we can shop with clarity and purpose.

  • It’s not required before most showings or even making an offer—but it’s highly recommended. Pre-approval gives you a clear idea of your budget and strengthens your position when you're ready to move forward. Some sellers do require it before confirming a showing or accepting an offer, so having it in hand can help you stay competitive and avoid delays.

  • I start with a walk-through of your home and recommend simple changes to help it appeal to the widest range of buyers. Depending on the home’s needs, we may use your existing furniture or bring in additional pieces. Staging can dramatically boost both interest and perceived value.

  • Staging costs vary depending on the home and level of service. Sometimes it's just a few adjustments, while other times we bring in curated pieces. I offer a complimentary consultation to provide a custom quote based on your space and goals.

  • I use professional photography, detailed listing descriptions, social media promotion, and trusted listing platforms to make sure your home gets seen by the right buyers. Every home has a story—my job is to tell it well.

  • Yep—and everyone in between. Whether it’s your first place or your fifth flip, I’ll meet you where you are (figuratively… and sometimes literally). If you want an agent who’ll give it to you straight, keep things moving, and maybe even make you laugh in the process—you’re in the right place.

  • I generally serve clients within about an hour of Bangor—but I’ve gone much further when the circumstances are right. If you’re outside that radius, feel free to reach out and we can chat about what’s possible or connect you with someone I trust.
